This online workbook is an informative resource to help Australians recycle right. It focuses on best practices when it comes to recycling and provides simple, effective tips.

FAQs

How do I get my label?

1. Simply purchase your BRAD collection, this includes postage and the cost of recycling your items. Once you have purchased a label you will receive an email with a form, (if you have not received this email within 2 hours of purchasing please email info@banish.com.au)

2. When you're ready to send your box back, fill out the form that has been emailed to you.

3. In 2-4 business days one of our BRADies will send you a postage-paid label, depending on your circumstances this will either be a pick-up from your home or a label to place on a box and pop into a red Australia post box.

4. Your parcel gets picked up and you can track it all the way back to us. You will also instantly receive your BRAD voucher so no need to include a slip of paper inside the box.

How do I download it?  

Once you have purchased this item you will receive an email that contains a unique link to download the file. You have 5 days to download the file. Click on the link and wait for the item to download. On your desktop your file should go to downloads, once downloaded you can save it in a secure location on your computer or hard drive. From here you can airdrop the file to your mobile device and save it to iBooks, or the equivalent on a non-apple device. If downloading straight to your phone, please wait for the link to download, then save to iBooks or the equivalent on non-apple devices
